how do i get these exact results?

hey all,
i want to spice up my gauges and i have a pretty good idea of what i want. i saw a pic a while ago and saved it, but i forget what the topic so i couldn't find through searching and don't remember if someone mentioned how to do it. it looks like the stock gauges with the white light, but the needle is blue and it looks like there's a red tint. here's the pic if you don't know what i'm talking about...could someone tell me what i have to do to make it look like this? thanks.
edit: if you can't view the pic, here is the link http://www.geocities.com/soccstv/Intellic1.jpg

the pic you linked isn't working, but i'm assuming you mean intelliglow needles

ie.. Import Intelligence

the kits are sold a couple of other places online, but I believe those are the best prices you will get. Good luck with the install, it's a pain, but worth it.

here's the pic from the page that willis posted for everyone else to see what i'm talking about...hope it works this time

honestly.. it's not that bad of an install.. but it's harder than just slipping the guage faces over.. and the red in the picture they have, I don't know where it comes from. No red with mine, just the blue needles so I guess it's a reflection of something else in that car. I'd go for it, I think they're worth it.
