Ebay intakes

I am thinking of getting one. Mainly the CAI, but i was wondering about how low the filter sits in the fender well. Has anyone had any problems with water? Someone give me a review of these intakes. I can't afford an INJEN or other name brand at this time.

no water problems here--even if the filter did get wet, i would think that it would not suck the water in do to the least resistance of air on the dry areas of the filter--as long as its not submerged i dont think u have a problem
