They look sweet, but I think they'd look better if the entire housing was smoked out, like AE headlights, but the entire surface.

Mmmm Hmmm........custom....yummy.

are you selling the entire headlight and projector assembly together?

Also, the ring makes it look like it has pupils.

The 450-500 price... does that include the actual HIDs or just the projectors and the housing? Seriously, nice work man.. How soon until you think you'll be able to start taking orders on those?

From what I think he is saying is that originally the reflector is ALL "mirror." The black from the first pic in the thread is caused by a reflection. If you look @ his sig there is a pic that shows no black ring.
(just trying to clear things up)
oh yea these are sweet too!
(makes me sad that I am selling the max)

dam, wow, u finally came through indigo. Would love to see pics of these or a video even. In fact i took a video of geo1317??? projector assembly. I am mentioning this not to ruin this thread (because geo doesnt make them he just did his own custom project, he wont make any for anyone) but to further increase interest in these so u see how they work. Its not the best display since its at day but u get the idea of how projectors would look on the max. Single ones atleast.

Hit my get file if interested.

And i think it would look better if it were all crystally with the projectors. It would look more...standard and not custom done.

i give you props but i'm not digging the look of it... i thought that these would be dual projectors for some reason too......well, it's a step up for the maxima community but i'm gonna stick with my project for now.....
good job!!!!

I remember he played around w/ this idea before, wish the search was working so i could bring up the thread.

It is custom place in the 4th gen headlight assembly, from what i remember.

Good work, but decide wiether its chrome or black, both doesn't work

Carbon Fiber would be the szit, esp if it matched the gen II altezzas

all chrome/factory would look way better then black with silver ring.
but otherwise it looks good, but will it preform better then stock?( not that is hard to do because maxima have very bad beam pattern)

Would you be able to sell everything minus the bulbs? I have a set of Philips 4300k D2S bulbs that I have sitting around that I could plug in. How much without the bulbs? Thanks!

I'm in a photchoppy kinda mood today so here's my poor representation of the bi-xenons installed on maxima. Not sure yet if that black ring is bad reflection or if there really is a black ring surrounding the projector...

If they were all black they would look sweet, kinda like the new VW Touareg's but here's my contribution, (seeing how I'm already $400 of the way there to get a pair...)
