installing FSTB

installing FSTB
Is there a writeup on how to install a FSTB? Somebody at work told me that I will need an alignment after I install it. Is this true?
What do I torque the bolts to?

You unscrew the bolts, put on the FSTB and torque the bolts to 30 I think...

Step 1) Go rent or buy yourself a torque wrench.
