Sounds about right, i mean shop labor is expensive. I wouldn't get stock struts for the front though, some Tokiko blues are cheaper. Look into that

Just about anywhere. Nopionline.com but other places might sell them cheaper. Do a search on google man.

I think the dealer is the only way to go on that. You can try a junkyard though.

I just spent about that much money on rear brake pads, one rear caliper, and serpentine belts. Think I got shafted?

I thought so. Well I did get a one year warranty. Maybe that will help justify it..... Oh how I wish I knew the first thing about mechanical work.

http://www.taylorautomotive.com Get the front KYB GR-2 struts for $68.22 each so $136.44 shipped. The shipping is free if the order is over $75 KYB GR-2s are better than Tokico Blues

Control arm will be expensive from the dealer so that $102 sounds good The labor is expensive so you can do the front struts yourself or see if someone can help you. If not, then just pay for the labor

If you want OEM like ride, get the blues. If you want stiffer ones that give you better control, get the GR-2s. If you get the GR-2s, you will feel more bumps from the road, but you'll have better handling.

Since you're using stock springs, it doesn't really matter. If you're planning on lowering your car later on, get the GR-2s (if you put blues on a lowered car, the rears will blow)
