Factory Alarm Problems, Need Serious Help.

Well it seems like my factory alarm is activated, the starters not getting any power, we tested it and it gets power at the fusebox, cant check any futher than that.. We ran a wire from a powersource to the starter and it cranks but it doesn't turn over.. The injectors are not getting any power either...

Seems that the factory alarm has shut off power to the starter/ecu.. The security light constantly blinks, doesn't change patterns at all... I just got my ignition replaced and that probably triggered it...

I would like to know how to disarm the factory system? I tried putting the key in the door and turning it.. Dont work.. Also I dont have a trunk key anymore, I removed the cylinder from the trunk and filled it in... Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks

Would the computer being shot cause the starter not to crank?!

No No, the starter DOESN'T get power.. thats my problem, I ran a wire to the starter and it cranked fine but it just doesn't turn over... no fuel... Somethings cutting the power to the starter and fuel

I dont believe its that, when I turn the key all the relays click and the starter wire gets power up to the fuse box.. I could not test any futher than that as it went into the firewall.
