Favorite Thing About Your Max??

Hey guys,
I was sitting in my max in the garage last night after i washed it bc im not gonna be here for christmas, (hehe im gonna be on a cruise) so i got all the salt and dirt off her. But i was thinkin. What is your favorite thing about your max? Speed, 4 doors, VQ30DE, confort, ride quailty, etc.. I was just wondering why we loved are max's soo much. I love my max because, its defiently not a po po magnet, its really fast for a grocery getter, i dont have 2 get out and lift my seat when my friends jump in, its very strong(the VQ30DE) very customizable for a family car, and its great looks. NISSAN. Great cars...

too much to list... but the best thing about MY max is that i finally have a 5SPD!!

but other then that, looks of the interior/exterior, and the very strong and power full engine we have... providing my coils were fixed. (damn nissan and their crappy coils. )

I love everything about my maxima. as for a favorite thing....probably being a four door. I always hated having to put the seat up for friends to climb in.

one thing i love about my max the most has to be the body style. specially the front which i rate a perfect 10. whenever i look at the front of my car, it makes me horny!!
then i love the bose system the most
then my chrome SE rims
and last but not least the name MAXIMA also sounds sexy.
Maxima : The greatest quantity or degree reached or recorded; the upper limit of variation.

those r just a few reasons why i love my max

the sound of frankencar on my 5speed! Also my 95/96 red/clear tails which I sold. The smooth handeling is great thanks to the rsb and 17" sticky tires.

There's too many thinngs to mention. ONe thing I'm NOT crazy about is the rear end of the max. Looks odd to some people from a rear 3/4 angle view.

Definetely the sleeper factor. I rode in my friends Eagle Talon Turbo something with cams, exhaust, and a few oth things, and it was pretty quick. I told him im positive my Maxima will ltake him yp to 60. He said no way, its a "4 door sedan" I love it! He has never ridden in a 5 speed Max.

Maximas are the best......... Talk about spacious interior, you can actually stretch fully, and move around. Sports cars like cameros, mustangs, and little 4cylinders like eclipses are all small and cramped, you loss the space in return for (some more engine room, LOL), another thing this car is just beautiful clean and washed, this is the only car that holds a high retail value where I live. You can get a 2001 mustang for like $5000, while that same prices applies to a used 96 se. Oh and style, with or without rims, this car is a eye catcher. Last but not least, I occsionally get the "What year is your car??) question from people who see it. I love me Ride.

lots of aftermarket support despite sedan status,
styling way ahead of it's time (take a look at how "old" the other comparable cars in 1995 look next to a maxima)...

and of course the sleeper qualities.
all of my friends teased me about having a beige family car when I first bought my maxima, and one by one began to shut their mouths after they saw my tail lights pulling away from them.

...especially the one in the RSX-S... and the other one with the cooper-S...

lol above post.

#1 Thing, styling ahead of it's time, I agree totally with the first time it was said. Great interior for a 95. Great exterior for a 95

Heh, defintly the sleeper value. I get a grin from ear to ear when I shock some guy in their riced up car by pulling way ahead of them in my bone-stock Maxima, lol

Apart from that, I really like the style of the dash on my Max. I really like how it curves down to the gear stick

yes they were styled ahead of time... but i have to say that the most ahead of it's time car that i have ever driven was my pearl white 1992 Honda Prelude Si (with 95 jdm h22a engine)...back in 92 you can't find a prettier car in it's class.

as far my max.... i love the torque difference and low end now that i've driven a honda previously

Beating unsuspecting L98/LT1 F-Bodies and Stangs at the track with a naturally aspirated V6 in a sedan that runs 1/4 mile ET/MPHs like a 540i 6 speed.

I would have to say the over all styling and the appearance of this sweet looking sedan. I also really like the quiet drive/interior. I know there are cars out there that are more quiet but I was really impressed with the overall "quietness" My previous car (97 Integra GS-R) although quite fast, was EXTREMELY loud. Everything rattled and shook when I would hit bumps, etc. Ohh ya, loving my first V6!

And of cousre pulling up to the pimped out civic next to me having them yell: "Get a real car man!" Then half assing it off the line just to say with them, followed my a quick wave by me, and flooring it. Their face was worth the car right there.

I love most the thought that I gonna get rid of my Max by this summer (probably??!! will get a newer Max). Sorry guys but I got a major Lemon since I own it. This car has been sucking money and time out of me on sensors, coils, injectors, CVs, gaskets you name it. It's a great car but with a thought that I could spend all these money on mods....hands down...

I started shopping for a 5th gen. Maxima still posesses me....

i definitly have to agree with whoever said that people don't expect it to be faster than their little 4 cyd, "sports coupe" or whatever. I always find myself driving down the road, and being able to say, "ya, i'd smoke that," and no one would believe me, but i've spend enough time on car stat pages to know that i "should" beat them, and then i always do.
and my favourite part, is the rear, i don't know any other car that has that good looking of a rear, with the bumber and tail lights, i can't describe it, they just got it right.
