I know you turn the pin on the side to adjust it up an down, but before I get involved with it can somebody just tell me if you screw it in to make the beam go down or unscrew it.

But since the screw is located low on the back of the housing, intuition tells me that it lowers the beam pattern as you screw clockwise.

Just start turning it...you'll notice the pattern change...adjust accordingly. The best thing to do is to remove the plastic shielding from under the bumper and go at the adjustment screw from behind the bumper cover. This way, the foglamp can be installed while you are adjusting the beam. Just remember, it is a foglamp...NOT a driving lamp. Do not aim it high.
