Has anyone replaced their windshield if so how much? I got a quote for $185 installed, wondering if thats a good deal.
Oh and if anyone has even the slighest crack on their windshield, fix it. I had a small nick on my windshielf from when i brought the car. I left it alone and a couple nites ago it was really cold, when i turned on heat to defrost the windows I just watched the crack grow, and now i have to change the whole thing.

 

Your quote sounds about right. I had to have mine replaced TWICE last winter, and I mean once on Monday, and then again 2 weeks later! My comprehensive insurance covered it, but the installer told me it would have been $200 (Safelite). Replaced it right in my garage, too.
