Need Help with seats

Just got leather seats i found the wire harness for the power seats. but the seats i got have extra wires Was wondering if there heated seats.

And if so are 99 Se maxs pre wired for heated seats?

Power seats are prewired on all 4th gens. Heated seats however are not. they require an add on harness.
