hey guys i have a question to those who have hid's on their car's cause im about to purchase a kit. the thing is the shop near my house is selling it for 600 for just the low and 750 for high and low. i was pretty shocked at this price since he used to sell a hanabi kit for 400. well i asked him why the price was so steep and he told me it was b/c this was coming from a reliable dealer and the quality was the best he has seen, he also told me the hanabi kits that he was selling caused him alot of probelms due to the ballast.He is a real nice guy to work with and has helped me with my car before so i don't question his validity..however there are so many kits out for around 300-400 range. i wanted to know if any one has had any problems with their kits and if you guys can recommend a kit that would be greatly appreciated. 200 dollar difference is alot and i just wanted to go with a kit that is reliable...and worth the money.

Do those HID conversions other than the projector lights have a good beam pattern or do they scatter all over?

 

how about 5th gen's hids?
