but supertool is right if you are gonna spend into the 20s mite as well buy new ...
when i bought my max in jan i capped my spending off at 18 or so, and i ended getting a 99 grey se (not limited) auto no leather no bose (come to think of it, it was pretty much stock except for the sunroof) for 17 only - gripe about it was that it had 26k miles on it

 

Ya but.... BOSE LEATHER & SUNROOF Are a requirement with me.... I can't get a 2k with BOSE LEATHER AND SUNROOF for 19,400........
if anyone knows of one please let me know
what do you think I should talk the 99 price down to

 

i have a 99 se with all the toys and leather, roof, h/seats, body kit 18" rims, etc etc....for 23,000 flat. it has 9k miles and mint from the day it came off the line. it's been pampered

 

whose black max is that on "maximadriver.com"? where did he get his eyebrows? seems like he modified the the inside lense of the headlights as well....I like it.

 

99 SE should go for $18K-$19K with those options. I saw a red 99 SE on Ebay for $18,500. I have also seen 97 SE max loaded with around 45K miles for between $12K and $14K. If you really want a bargain, the 95/96 SE sells for $6 to $11K depending on miles and features.
