Problem during Start, VIDEO INCLUDED

This morning I go to start my car and it just isn't starting right, I keep cranking it and it doesn't start. I then got my video camera to tape this so I could show you guys instead of trying to explain it. Listen to how the car starts..

Right click on this link and hit "Save Target As"

I finally got the car to start after a ton of cranks, but now it's idleing a little over 1. The car feels really weird, I'm wondering if I need a new starter. By the way, it's a 99 Auto SE, with about 74,000 miles on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated ASAP. Thanks.

Damn man I hear like 10 counts of knock after your car starts. Weird, your car sounds like a turbo diesel after it starts up. You should take it to honest mechanic. I think your starter binds for a little bit after starting but I think you motors sounds weird. First take of the starter and grease it up. Then keep on looking for what's making that noise, sounds like valves.

man that sounds reeaaaally bad. Is it the cold weather? It looks like the starter looks kinda ****ed. It doesn't even sound like the car started up. Overcranking = bad.
