Suspension Noise Please Help!!!

I have my 1999 GLE for more than a year. On last winter I started hear a cracking noise from front of a left side. Sometimes noise was gone then it appear again, so I changed my shocks and spring. After a couple of weeks noise appeared again, I went to mechanic he could't find a problem I went to another mechanic he could't figure out what is going on either, but noise getting louder and louder.

PLEASE HELP!!!

You changed it yourself? Did you replace any of the other rubber/plastic parts in there? Maybe the spring isn't seated correctly, or a bushing or something has worn out/come loose. Did you replace the strut bearings? Are the spring iso. wraps on (plastic tubing)?

Entire suspension laber was done by mechanic. When noise appeared I went back to him to check what is wrong he check everything but couldn't find anything. I was thinking about rudder control or steering.

If the car is stationary and the noises are only occuring when you are turning the steering wheel I would check the strut bearings.

Bad strut bearing will make noise if you are turning or not. Did you replace the spring isolators?
