why is he selling it? and for so cheap? I would think he could part it out for more than that.

Just remember, not a single one of Hal's turbo "kits" puts down anywhere remotely near the numbers his personal car does. Ask bigdogjinx what he thinks of a Hal "kit". Ask Bags533 what he thinks of the "kit" This gets brought up constantly. And Hal's car puts down amazing numbers. But don't think that his "kits" will be close to his personal car. Look at his own website. None of his "kits" even looks the same. You could buy the parts and have your local muffler shop build something better. Oh wait, that's how those "kits" were built. It sounds harsh, but better you hear this now than after you drop $4.5K on a kit and realize the mistake.
