99 SE-L ECU Prob -- No Screw??

You guys have been great bearing with me but I'm stuck...
There's no silver screw showing in the adjustment hole on the ECU. What is see is a small white plastic gear, sort of off-center. What's up with that? The clear label is untouched so I don't think anyone's been in there.
(Also the hole is also labeled for idle adjustment, fast to slow.)
Your help sincerely appreciated!

The idle **** is used to check for codes. Turn it left for the full circle wait two seconds and two full circles right. The codes should start flashing. Hope this helps!

Hey 7 -- thanks for your reply. As to idle ****, are you talking about what I see in the hole on the ECU where the silver screw should be?

I also thought it was a pain in the a, but you need a really small screw driver and be very careful with it, it feels much inferior to what my 95 did.

Jr -- I just want to be clear. You're talking about the small white plastic thing I see in that hole on the ECU? Do you agree with the above message about turning it a full counterclockwise circle then back two circles to get the code?
Thanks!

Thats the screw to turn. Its located downward and to the left. Use a small screwdriver like the ones for eyeglasses. be carefull turning, its delicate. Follow instructions for the previous years and you will be able to get the codes.
