noise after FSTB install

noise after FSTB install
After installing a courtesy FSTB I have encountered a strange creaking noise. This happens on launches, after slowing close to a stop, and going over bumps at < 30mph. I took the strut brace off (leaving the brackets attached) and the noise went away. Can anyone give me some tips on how to alter my install to make this noise go away?

I had the same thing happen after I re-installed by strut bar (too it off to replace fuel filter [ FF = evil!!!] ) ... for it ... it just went away after I tightened the bolts a bit more ... not too much more though, I only once in a long while (like once every 10,000) hear a creak. So maybe try tightening it some more.
ManualMaxima - problems with strut bars? not really ... as far as I see it's one of the easiest mods to do and it really helpfull on them fast corners ;-) You should have nothing to be afraid of ... well ... unless you get a wierd one and have to slightly move the AC Line (like I did) just so the two don't rub = bad ... other than that install one!!!!!!!!

The install is very very easy and it really kicks *** as far as handling goes. I just get this strange creaking noise, seemingly when there is a lot of forward/backward movement in the suspension. Any ideas guys?!
