My 97's clock sometimes resets itself to 1:00. I would like to know if any one has had a similiar problem. Many thanks for any help.

Yeah around mid day and mid night, the clock always says 12:00. Any Ideas? But I don't think it should be a major problem, maybe its the battery?

Low voltage at clock

This can occur if the voltage as seen by the clock drops below some critical threshold. If your battery is in good condition the problem may be in the clock power circuit or inside the clock itself. On older Maximas there was a problem with a cracked solder joint at resistor R10 which could be repaired simply by heating and re-flowing the solder. A lot of labor but no cost for parts.
