Keyless remote progam instructions with question.

I did this and the hazards flashed. I then put the key in the ACC position and pressed the lock on the remote...nothing. Bad remote? I switched batterys to a new one as well. 1995 max gle.

Get in the car. Close and lock all doors with the driver's switch. Insert and remove the ignition key over six times in l0 seconds. Do it at a rate of one insert/remove cycle per second. Be sure you completely remove the key each time. Turn ignition to ACC and press any button on the remote once. If the hazards flash twice, it worked! If you want to program more than one remote, unlock and lock the doors again with the driver's switch and press a button once on the next remote.

I just bought a remote from ebay..

i read the instructions and still had trouble

guess i didn't read all the instructions

Get in lock doors using driver switch insert key over 6 times in 10 seconds.. put in acc position press button on remote. remove key
unlock the doors using the driver switch and then open the driver door

that worked for me

except my horn button don't work.. but thats probably the car not the remote.

Check if its not a altima control, I had a problem similar like that, only to find out I purchased a altima remote advertised as a maxima remote. Oh and I can roll my windows done too.
