Bose Install

I recently purchased a stock BOSE CD player complete with speakers (front & rear) 2 amps and tweeters. Is this stuff plug and play? do I need special connectors for the speakers and a harness for the head unit? My car just came with the stock tape deck and non-BOSE speakers.
