Help!!! No Fog Lights!!!!!

I have a slight problem- and of course, a question. How can I definitievely find out if my car is pre-wired for fogs. I'm looking hard as hell and cant find a wiring harness to save my life.

99 Max GXE AT Cali-Spec, no Power Driver's seat, NVIShave the fac. service manual and am sitting here frustrated as hell..

then chances are its not prewired.
