I think i orderd wrong part#

I have a 97.5 maxima which is from ym understanding a 98, so when i got on the injen gd i called them and ordered one for a 98 maxima.....now i just looked at my box that came about 5 days ago, and it says for 1889.5 to 1999.....crap......did i order the wrong one the part# is rd1930, is there a diff between the intakes at all, and am i gonna have to return the intake and have them send me a new one?

If you have the intake, why don't you see if it works/fits/is compatible? DUH! If it does, great, if not, then contact them.

And buddy, wanna give some people time before you start replying to your own thread for more help?

First of all, I cant put it on see if it fits because the engine is out right now and so is the trany, cause the fron end is getting fixed from a small accident, if i could i would, this is why im asking on here before time runs out to ship it back and get a replacement.

on my box it said 1998.5 to 1999 as well. i got it from the GD as well. my car was made on 04/98

it worked on mine, i doubt there will be a problem.

Since my dad owns a body i know a lot about cars and how to fix em and all, just never dealt with the aftermatker world before thats why im asking.
