HomeLink garage opener...

I followed ALL the directions in my manual about how to work this SOB...and it wont work.

The light flashes rapidly...(book says that means it got the signal) --- but nothin happens.

any help?

did you try doing the rolling code trick? cause it wouldnt work for me either, and i had to push a button on the actual garage door motor unit and it worked after that.

yeah if your garage door opener was manufactured after 1995, you have to set it up for rolling codes. i scanned the instruction sheet i got with my car. it should work after you do this. check it out:

cool, yea my opener is brand new. It's a Genie quiet screw drive opener. Thanks for that info
