fuel treatment + fuel injector cleaners ?

Hi,
I am thinking about using those fuel injector things you find at auto zone to dump in the fuel tank.
Any suggestion on which one should i pick? and if they help or not?
thanks

The only one I've read about from reputable sources that does any good is Techron and I still don't use it. If you have problems with moisture and you live in a cold climate (causing ice problems in fuel lines) then gas dryer might be called for.
