Strange pricing on heated mirrors....

I'm looking online to buy a driver side heated mirror for my 98 maxima and i come across this site that says:
Non-Heated $166.xx
Heated: $48.xx

seems very strange that a non-heated one would be more expensive...and by this much too.... so i called them up and they verified it...

What's wrong with this picture??? I thought that heated ones are more expensive than non-heated....
here's the linke...

jump on that deal!

but make sure it's got everything you need... it would really suck if you ordered it and come to find out it doesn't include a lot of the things you actually need.

They will fit a 95, but the heating part might not work. Some people say you have to run some wires or put in relays or something to get the heating part running

I would think you would have to do this for all max's. I dout they are prewired for the cold weather package.
