Which intake should I go with?

Hey everyone, I'm new here, as I posted in general Max discussion. I've completely pimped up my '96 GLE, exhaust, dropped, rims/tires, altezzas, tints, the whole bit.

Now I'm leaning towards going under the hood and making a few changes in there.

As for now I'm looking into an injen CAI, however I don't have $250+ at my disposal at the moment. I was wondering if there was anything cheaper that still provides results, or should I just save up and go with something good and reliable?

Thanks.

Oh geez... ok if you look about 5 threads down you would find a thread titled:

Poll: YOUR opinion on an intake, frankencar, injen clone or POPcharger? Opinions

now, needless to say that this is the most discussed topic on the forum, you should read around before posting... this has been answered many many times...

read the FAQs for cryin out loud!

I usually never read any of the modding threads because I don't plan on doing anything to my engine. But now I'm even starting to get sick of seeing threads about intake choices. Read the FAQ!

this is what the 4th gen forum has become...every 5th thread is about which intake or which exhaust. people need to stop being so damn lazy and look around the forum and gather knowledge, search the web, do something other than posting it on the forum
