ECU Screw Loose

The screw for my 95 Maxima SE is loose, does not seem to have any stops on either side. Is this possible ? Is it hosed ?

My car has no power accellerating, and misses on idle. Engine light is sporatic, so I'm wondering if I'm not getting the ECU reset properly.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated !

Its normal and happens on alot of ths ECU's on the board....when you reset your ECU go about it the same way you would but with a warm engine...after you get done reseting it, start the engine and make sure its ideling right...if its not turn it off and turn the screw alittle and try again..
