Modded Max running slow? WTF

I went to the track yesterday with a buddy who just got a 95 SE-L, we had just installed his EBAY Cold Air intake (which didnt fit) so its now a short ram air. Anyhow this car is stock, with only a intake now, it has around 150,000miles mine has around 148,000miles. Anyhow I have the following mods:

Warpspeed y-pipes
Unorthodox UDP
Mobiletek VBmod
Ebay CAI (with extension tube)
Tranny Cooler

I told him, well lets see how your intake works against my car. (in other words lets see how fast you are) We ran twice at the track, (due to time, and the amount of hot rods) First run, I had a nasty start, but he beat me by a car, second run, I beat him, but he was at least a half car behind. Now my question is I've ran my friend when he had the y-pipe and udp, and he would always beat me badly, no matter if I took off first or what. He always won, whats wrong wtih my car? I know I have a bad KS, but thats all soo far. What can be causing me the lack of power. Should I overhaul the engine, or replace with a 60k miles. Or should I replace some little things.

I've done the folllowing:

Syntec Oil (changed frequently)
Bosch Sparkplugs (yes I need to change to NGK)
Tranny Flush

anything else? I want my care to run, like the monster it is. Anysuggestions

Yeah you need to cut a hole in the fender for that thing to work like a CAI.

As for the car, you need to post some times in order for us to analyze this.

well it has the original spaced M-A-X-I-M-A, unlike the 97's that have it MAXIMA, everything inside is a leather, and it has a spoiler, maybe a 96 then. Mybad. Where' can I find a knock sensor? I know some of you guys buy them off ebay, (what buyer?) THanks alot everyone. I really hope thats whats it.
