What kind of BRAKE PADS should I buy?

Should I buy it? I heard that OEM pad are not Ceramic.. Is Ceramic better?

I was under the assumption that the OEM pads are ceramic.
If your driving style is more conservative, you should go with OEM. They dust less and are pretty quiet, they cost about the same as the Bosch ones on Ebay. I went with the Hawk HPS pads so I could get better stopping power, and less fade.
