HELP!! How do I Install a Bose Cd Player?

I am trying to install a bose CD Player in place of the stock tape deck. This is a Bose CD Player from a 97 Max and I own a 95 Max. I know that I will need a harness because it is a little different with the connections on the back than on the stock tape deck. What specific harness do I need and where do I get it? Do I need to know anything else. Please help! I need to play CD's the radio just gets too boring and too many commercials.

Don't you need the special bose speakers with their built in amps?

I doubt it but I have those too. I just want the head unit and with the right type of harness I think that it can be done, I just don't know where to get it or what its called.

you WILL need the bose spaekers. The bose headunit puts out a balanced line signal which requires amplification. The amps on the bose speakers translate and ampify this signal to drive the speakers. It can be done with other methods, however, which requires converters that cost...$120-200 I think. They require a 12v power supply as well. I wouldn't even bother trying to mess with it with your base speakers. You mightmess something up. If you really want to do it, put all the bose speakers in first. (This is really not even worth it, ALOT of work and TONS of wire)
Or order that converter.
