CV Half shaft

CV Half shaft
I need to change my half shafts. The on-line parts stores have two different part numbers for the left half shaft. They need to know whether the car has limited slip differential or without. Is there an easy way to find out what my car has, without first removing the half shaft and looking for a double spline inner end? I've read there is a tag on top of the tranny that may state this, but I do not see it. Thanks for any help.

There is a tag on the passenger side of the engine bay, on the firewall that gives transmission #.
If the number ends in 'A' no LSD. If it ends in 'V', then it does have the LSD.
I got this from Matt93SE on the Nissan forums.
"it'll be either
RS5F50A... no LSD model
or
RS5F50V..... LSD model"
