Well, if my car isn't warmed up, when i use remote start, i can hear the engiine crank, then it stops and about a second later i hear what sound to be a huffing sound, and the car won't start, however if i use my key, it works 100% perfect, i do have the jwt intake on it, but i don't really think it should have that much of an affect. Any ideas?

 

i have the viper 550esp and i had that problem as well. Bring it back to where you got it installed and tell them the problem. They know to adjust the crank time a little longer in order for your car to start properly.

you can set the crank timer yourself if you know what you're doing, but best case is to bring it back to where you got it.

When i worked at Circuit city, car accessories had the biggest discount. It was priced at 400 plus install, but i got it for 215 installed brand new with the lifetime guarantee. My crank timing was off, so i took it back and they fixed it. I had a new led installed as well when i was there.

Nowadays you can get the new viper 791 w/the pager for 400 (there's a big as*s group deal going with it) and install would probably be around 100.
