Got a visit from Mr. SES light today

Pulled codes to be 0409 and 0413. Looked in the manual and looks to be 2 front oxygen sensors. My questions is, whats the difference with having a SES or a CEL for these codes? Would it mean for the SES...its beginning to go bad and the CEL the sensors are dead?

Also, wheres the cheapest place to get new O2 sensors?

The universal ones you have to splice them into the old wiring you have right now, OEM are complete with connectors. Get the cheapest.
