people with KYB strut mounts... need your opinion....
so my rear tokico HP shocks blew out. i picked up some rear kyb agx + kyb strut mounts.
okie basically this is not really a big issue, i'm just curious why maxmod says kyb strut mounts aren't good replacement. i need some personal opinion on that.

I never knew KYB made rear strut mounts, only front ones. I hear the front ones basically act like broken stock ones, from every single person who owned them.
Then again, why get new rear ones? they shouldn't wear out, they are just a big hunk of metal with a little rubber ring. You sure you aren't referring to the KYB dust boots?

some people have issues with noise in front using kyb mounts only thing i may think is rubber in mount being softer than oems as for rears if you buy the kyb rear mounts you only get the bushings that goes on shaft of strut thats the only thing that wears out
another thing unless your front mounts are very very bad like rubber broken or anything like that just buy the oem strut bearing

Tangential question:
The Motivational mounts seem like a must for anyone who's lowering. 1" more travel, great. But does that mean the entire car can dip 1" lower? Would that mean you're more likely to scrape going over a big bump?

Grease them eh? Does this mean i have to take the strut off again after i just got aligned :*(...
firestone will hate the day they gave me a lifetime alignment..
on a side note... i bought Eibach camber bolts when i redid my suspension, and the camber rating is the same before the alignment as it was after. I told them they were on there, but they didnt touch them. The left read -1.6 and the right -.02. Im going to go make them fix it !
