Dropping the max

Alright, basically i know absolutely nothing on suspension/dropping this car...however i really want to. I know most of you have already dropped the max so i am wondering if someone could quickly take the time and help describe to me exactly what i would need, and some brands that i should be looking at. I'm getting my 18'' konig tantrums tomorrow w/ michelin tires fer just 400 for all four!! (Old friend stopped modding his max and needs college money, so it looks like i get to grab a hold of this great deal ! ) Thanks to anyone who responds or takes the time to read this post from a scrub :]
