Phillips makes a bad **** HID components, realiable too. But im going to go with a bixenon projector..

i really wanted to go w/that too, but i cant justify spending close to 800-1000 dollars for the setup

Well it can be done cheaper... bulbs, ballasts, and a projectors can be had for less than 400 bucks. Then the rest is just retro into the headlight.
