HID Lights

I currently have Porsche HIDs that i purchased from a friend, and have them on my stock head lamp units. I didnt aim them down, but before i did that since they are bright, i wanted to know if there are any headlight units that are for custom lights like HIDs or if there is some way to get a polarized lens or osmething. i would appreciate it if you could help me out. Thank you.

The best thing to do if you have to have the HID's is to get the projector-style headlights. Otherwise, the beam pattern is too scattered and you will not be happy.

I would recommend doing the 9004 to 9007 conversion. This will allow you to use the better 9007 bulbs and get at least 10 watts more out of your lights. There is a thread about it on the first couple of pages in the 4th gen stuff.

Where can i get these projector-style headlights, cause i already have the HIDs, so i might as well just go all out and keep them, but get the projectors. Thanks for the info.

Check on ebay. You should be able to find Hella Bi-xenon projectors for under $200.

BTW, my 1000th post.

he does not have halogen lights, he has hid which means they wil not be 10 watts more. it all depends on his ballast.

Go to www.hidtech.com . You have to get your headlights retrofitted with projectors. in the website click on "projects." Go to www.hidforum too and do some research on HID...

JUST FYI
