1994 Acura legend gs

Does anyone know anything about these cars? My brother bought one and swears upand down that he can take my max. From what I can tell online, even though they have 230 hp at the crank, it isn't as fast as the max, but there isn't much info online. I have a 5 speed 98 with JWT intake, eibach prokit, topspeed muffler, KVR crossdrilled rotors, STS, Metal master brake pads, and 18's. He is bone stock auto. I live in ALaska and he lives in Texas. This race won't happen for a few years and we are arguing all of the time about it. Any input would be nice.

You can take him. Stock for stock the Legend is a little faster, but your 5 speed and he is AUTOtragic so you will beat him. Kick that Acura's ***.
ALso if he is auto than it's not the GS. Its a LS and that means he has 200 HP.
P.S. Do it at the track!

My uncle has one and I can tell you those cars are pretty sweet, we never got a chance to line them up before I did the conversion to 5spd. However I think auto vs auto would be a great match.

As mentioned I don't believe he has the 230hp model known as the "Type 2" which I believe was only mated to a 6 speed gear box.

You should easily take him considering you are a modded 5spd.

That car is a 3600-3700lb car. Heavy as ****. ExoticCreations, who said it was an AUTO? Who said that it can't have an AUTO as an option?. You should take him.

Either way it's a RACE THREAD and it's getting LOCKED.

actually, it seems that a large number of websites have this same list, i typed in 1994 acura legend ls.

I can't guarantee the validity of these sources, but i just wanted to search real quick to see what came up. seems the '94 ls does a quarter mile in 16 flat. your 5 speed should do pretty well against it.
