e-brake linkage

is it possible to adjust the e-brake linkage?

Right now it takes about 15-16 clicks and the e-brake is nearly vertical before i get decent holding power.

Any suggestions?

Yes - you can adjust it.. I"m too tired right now - if no one else gets back to you overnight, I'll give you some more info tomorrow AM.
