¿where be da engines?

ok i was reading the thread where the dudes engine blew up at 120mph. i bunch of u fellow .orgers said they knew where to get engines for a couple hundred dollars. i want an engine, i got 162k on mine and i want a turbo. i dont want to turbo a 162k engine. so if u all could point me in the direction of a cheap vq30.

126,000 is fine to Turbo as long as you have taken good care of it..its just gettin broken in....Do a Compression Check on your current engine and save yourself the time and Money to install an engine that may be a waste..

These VQ's are amazingly strong....worry about your Tranny before your Engine...As long as your not burning Oil and you have a good Compression Number accross each of the cylinders, then a Turbo isnt that fas off

check compression on your old engine before buying a new engine. If old engine is fine then keep it...the papermache' transmission is what you should worry about.
