o2 sensor and meltage!

ok. so i just got the y-pipe, cat, and sp2 on today. anyone else with the sp2 have the problem of the o2 sensor being too small to fit in the threads? what did you do? and was the exhaust tip against the bumper causing it to melt some? what to do about that as well? by the way, it sounds and feels amazing.

Why does the SP2 have threads for the 02 in it? You have a 95 so the O2 sensor goes into the cat.

not on this set up. there's no o2 in the cat, it's in the b-pipe very close to the cat. but can anyone help me out with the muffler eating the bumper? that's really bothering me

Well the obvious answer is you have to adjust the exhaust/muffer hangers so that the muffler doesn't hit the bumper... you'll have to be creative... or take it to a muffler shop and they can probably put on a larger hanger or something to get the clearance you need.
