Lately, when the car has been sitting for a while, the car sounds like it's choking when it's starting. It always starts up, but it hesitates at first. It started after soon after I used sea foam and changed my fuel filter. Just curious if anyone else has ever experienced this.

 

I think I experienced the same thing, I changed plugs and fuel filter and now it cranks for a couple more seconds before it starts. anyone know the cause?

 

same here after I changed plugs it started hesitating and now It wont start at all.

also my car had a wierd idle went up and down for a while but lately it stopped doing that..

 

that's strange...

i changed my plugs and my car starts up really quick. same with pcv valve. then came the fuel filter and a little bit longer.

i never have to wait more than 2 crank sounds before the car starts up, 3-4 with the old sparkies.

 

bump bump...

It's getting slightly worse...and when I turn off the car the engine shakes pretty rough.
