bump and good luck, if i was more inclined electronically i would help . Only thing i can say is check fuses in the morning. Also hopefully you didnt disconnect the alternator harness. Car runs off the battery and doesnt get too far, even with an optima battery.

Dude thats the strangest thing i have ever heared. I did my pulley a while ago and i never had that problem. Not even sure if its the alternator but i may be wrong. I say get it over there asap cause it may be something else that should get fixed.

hmm thats really weird.... Yeah check the Alt hardness. It still seems weird because everything should be running out of the battery until it dies.
Do all your accessories work while the car is on the Acc ignition.

yea a disconnected harness can definitely cause these problems. matty on the org had his disconnected and mad stuff wasnt working plus his car would like shut down whenever he accelerated too hard or went over a certain mph. Not sure what battery u have but if you can do 90 mph wit no problems, i dont think its the alternator harness. Its not that hard to get to though, u could look in engine bay and see if its connected or not. Or i can give u matty's number and he'll tell u exactly where it is.

good luck dawg

check the battery fuse. sounds like what happened to me when my friend put my battery in the wrong way. only half the 140 amp fuse popped and i had the exact same symptoms. its under that black cover on the driver side fender

yea i poped the fuseable link which cost 27 bucks. unless my dealer ripped me for my cash. i hate the dealers. ohh an i found out which fuse it was from some guy at proline auto body that also has a maxi, so thanks whomever u are. ohh and i now find out that my new alternator has gone bad. so far this summer i have spent all 2500 of my boost money i've been saving and i definatly can afford this new problem.
