polyurethane engine mounts

Are these worth it? Anyone tell me how easy or hard these are to install? the reason i ask is because the other day, the mount under my intake tube, by the transmission, looked like the rubber was comming out of it. I tried to push the rubber back in, but it did not want to go back into place.
Thanks.

I highly endorse poly mounts. Did mine earlier this year and next to the ECU this was my best mod. Makes downshifting a pleasure and combined with Redline very smooth indeed. Done correctly you can't even feel the gear change.

The poly itself is a mess but well worth it. I've got a spare set of 5sp mounts (front & rear) if anybody wants to buy and avoid 2-3days downtime.
