Is there anybody on the .org that sells these? And is installation easy?

I've seen them on ebay for like $25. They look pretty nice. Not to sure about installation.

I started a GD with CustomMax a while ago for $30 shipped but its over now...installation is easy, less than 15 min and well worth it...these are my gauges with aluminum bezel...sorry poor quality

sorry about the newbiness of the question but can you have the rings with stock black background? i have white gauges (96 SE) i think that would look awesome with chrome rings!
