Polarg Corners... :(

I bought some Polarg M14 bulbs for my corners off CM.com & they sent M27 which they say are the same... which I think they are, cuz not only do they look the same they install and light up and all...

BUT THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!! They are really dim, and a slight greenish hue to it!

Ugh!!!!

Anyone else have input on this?

yeah i did the same thing. i bought polarg because i had heard all kinds of good things about them, but my experience is the same. they are dim, and they look very green in contrast to my blue headlights.

i'm not very happy with them. i wonder why everyone says they are so good? i'm gonna try PIAA next.

man that makes me mad... i thought they would be atleast something like the picture CM.com provided you know? but shoot... Im thinking about going bright amber now... anyone have a BRIGHT white corner light bulb? I know you can't go too bright, and I know that you can always re-wire them, but I've heard that will crack the lens...

any suggestions?

They sent me M21s instead of M14s. What you recieve is NOT the same as what you ordered. Mine have a slightly blue tint to them. Mine were also dim but I did the rewire mod to make them brighter. They're really bright now and I hope they burn out soon so I can get a true white set.

As in bulbs that give off a pure white light rather than a tint of blue.

Yeah, Polargs. When you clip the nub, they're very bright. You just gotta get a white set is all. And CM has proven to be a less-than-reliable source of them. Time to check local rice shops.
