Anyone know what the prob could be here? This only happens when at a stop. I installed a K&N short ram intake last month. Could this be a direct result? Maybe the filter is sucking in hot air from the engine bay & screwing up the air flow? Anyone ever have this prob? Thanks guys.

Check for an air leak or it could be the MAF (mass air flow) sensor. To eliminate the MAFS, see if someone local to you will let you swap the sensor for a minute. It's a $300+ part at a dealer, but used ones go for $50-$100.

The tires are good on dry roads (went 120 MPH) and they also work good in the rain (wheel spin only once in a while and have driven on them 70 MPH in the rain). They're not so great in the snow. Instead of grabbing the road, my car would just slide a little on the snow. My mom's Futura Touring SE+ (or something like that from PepBoys) worked better in snow than these... Going to look for better all season tires so I wouldn't have a problem in the snow, but these are the best in this price range.

There isn't much road noise either. On the highway I get more road noise from the windshield and door mirrors than I do from the tires. Overall these are great, but they would be perfect if the snow handling was better.

oiled K&N filters can cause problems on cars with MAFs. Your throttle body could also be clogged with gunk so you might try cleaning that also.
