So I finally figured out what was causing some strange electrical problems

For the last month or two, I'd hear my alam going off faintly when the car was running, adn the battery seemed weak starting up. I attributed it to the fact that around the same time, my battery was completely drained after leaving it at the airport for the weekend with the lights on.
I got fed up with it yesterday and started poking around and found that the ground cable that is attached to the engine block was just hanging free. So I reattached it, and now the car jumps to life, no more alarm problems, and I've also noticed the car seems to run a bit smoother....

Just a tip to check if you see stange things happening to yours.....
