Clunking in front end

I have a 95 max se, when I hit a bump the right side makes a lound clunk and the car steers right. My car also exhibites excessive floating., The steering wheel no longer lines up, itis turned sbout 20 degrees counter clock. My mechanic said struts, strut mounts and a wheel bearing then told me to get a second opinion? What the hell does that mean I've been going to him for 12 years! Are there max front end specialists in Chicago?

Any help thanks.

Consider this your third opinion your strut is blown mount is probally not in good shape either. Wheel bearing is probally unrelated not sure why he threw that in there.
