I've had those on the old max for almost 6 months. They rode fine along with the lowering springs. I'd buy them instead of gr-2s or tokico blues. These are actually designed to handle a 2" drop without a problem so why not? Blues and gr-2s are stock replacement anyway so you might as well get these instead. I got them cause they were cheap and I needed something inexpensive to hold me over for a year or two before getting coilovers.
